Natonin, Mountain Province – The Cordillera Disaster Response & Development Services Inc (CorDisRDS Inc.) with the Local Government Units (LGUs) distributed 1,237 sacks of rice as relief to five (5) barangays in Natonin amidst the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
The rice assistance was requested by the peoples oraganization (POs) and BLGUs in the five (5) barangays. CorDisRDS coordinated with the LGUs for the smooth delivery and distribution. The rice assistance was distributed on August 1 and 2 by the POs and BLGUs since the staffs cannot personally go and distribute the relief assistance themselves.
Hon. Rodolfo Liwanen Jr., a councilor in Natonin said “In behalf of the 5 barangays of Natonin, Mountain Province, We would like to express our gratitude for the hundreds of sacks of rice that you have given. Awan maibaga mi no diket salasamat launay daytoy tulong yu.( We have nothing to say but Thank you very much for you assistance”
